Thesis. Ship notes. Field notes.
Blog index renders from content/blog/published/. The first post lands when the /thesis, /ship-log, or /field-note command produces a draft and you run /publish. Thesis posts target the depth of the TrialEdge architecture write-up. Ship notes are dated and versioned. Field notes cover CRE financial models through an AI architect lens.
Receipts, not promises.
Russell Harris. Finance-native Forward Deployed Engineer. CRE credit analyst at PBS in Washington DC. Founder of Mosaic Capital Solutions.
My career runs through tech and finance. I studied Economics at the University of Delaware, with a Business Analytics concentration. As a venture analyst at a diversity-focused emerging-manager fund, I co-led the $3M inaugural vehicle and sourced a company that exited at more than $15M. In business intelligence at a global private-markets firm, I rebuilt the SQL that supports LP reporting across more than 70 fund-of-funds. As an investment associate at a top-tier global accelerator, I sourced 60 percent of the portfolio and co-led an AI HealthTech program with a major academic medical center. I evaluated more than 2,000 startup applications and wrote more than 30 funded investment memos. Now I work the credit side of a national commercial real estate lending desk, and I underwrite live transactions.
My pivot to AI architecture started at Techstars in 2023. I built GPT-automated diligence briefs that cut founder screening time by 35 percent. That same framework carried into the Mosaic feasibility prompt suite, Atlas, TrialEdge, and the other systems in the writing above. The production systems run on Cloudflare Workers, R2, and KV. The same patterns map directly to AWS Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
Named DMV Venture Capital Rising Star (2024). Spoke before the Maryland State Senate on AI and capital formation policy. $250M plus underwritten in CRE acquisitions across multifamily, life sciences, student housing, industrial, hospitality, and land through Mosaic and prior work.
I like to connect two fields that rarely talk to each other: football analytics and corn futures, credit underwriting and ML calibration, multi-provider orchestration and LIHTC scoring. Reach out at the contact block below.
Your market, mapped.
The outbound system from the LinkedIn post, built for your business. One engagement, fixed price, delivered in seven days. You own every file at the end.
- 01The full market pull. Every account in your metro and vertical from raw listings data. Your TAM as a file you keep, not a subscription you rent.
- 02Signals, not vibes. Fit and budget signals engineered for your market. Every account graded, tiered, and tagged with the evidence line your first sentence comes from.
- 03Verified reach. Emails sourced from each account's own site and checked before you ever send. Nothing that burns your domain.
- 04The Daily 30. One tab a day, 30 accounts, every first email pre-drafted in your voice. Dropdown tracking, a scoreboard, a hard stop.
- 05The playbook. Domain warmup rules, the reply playbook, the call opener. What to do when it works.
SPRINT $1,500 for the first five bookings from the post, then $2,500.
REFRESH $400 per month, optional. New accounts each month, re-verification, list hygiene.
Prices published on purpose. Price transparency was the fit signal that built the original list.
